Hotel VITA internal regulations
  1. For individual and group guests check –in starts at 3 p.m.. Check –out (departure) time till 12 a.m.
  2. In «Check in» Guest should fill the guest registration card and provide identification documents (for example- passport, ID card or the other document of person identity ) .
  3. By signing the guest registration card, the guest agrees to the fact that guest data can be used for “Jaukus viešbutis ” company administration purposes and agree to the Hotel VITA Rules and Privacy Policy.
  4. At check – out, please leave your key– card at the reception. If it is lost – in your bill must be included 10 € fee.
  5. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Please be so kind and smoke only in places specially designed for this purpose. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area – terrace (1-st floor). Failure to comply will result in additional charge of 50 EUR, for extra room cleaning.
  6. Terms of fire protection prohibits burning candles in the rooms.
  7. For your own safety in the room may be only the registered person. Customers are required to pay for all persons actually living in the room.
  8. Parents or other attending (fostering) people are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
  9. We recommend You to keep valuable things in a safe.
  10. Money for unused complexes are not returned.
  11. Iron and ironing board for temporary use can take for free.
  12. Thank you for your respect for the inventory. For the damage (the administration assesses the hotel) provides financial responsibility.
  13. Please note that housekeeping services are provided from 9 am. till 5 p.m. when the guest is not in the room.
  14. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Dirty towels, please post on the bathroom floor.
  15. If you will leave the sign “Please Do Not Disturb” on your door – Your room will not be cleaned;
  16. Kindly ask you to inform hotel administrator about noticed technical and equipment damage. The breakdowns will be fixed immediately.
  17. It is prohibited to listen to loud music, make noise or cause inconveniences in any other way to other visitors of the Hotel. Please respect the other guests right to rest and keep silence in the hotel from 23:00 to 6:00. If you are disturbed, please inform the personnel on duty. If your neighbors are noisy during the quiet hours, please inform the receptionist.
  18. For security reasons, the public places in the hotel are being watched by video cameras.
  19. The Administration is not responsible for personal belongings, money and documents which are being left unattended.
  20. For hotel‘s service You can pay with the card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, Eurocard) or in cash (in Euro).
